All Convention tickets have a $7.25 shipping/handling fee charged per ticket ordered. This applies to all online, phone, fax and mail orders.

If an event is canceled for whatever reason, Family Guy Las Vegas, at our discretion, will either fully refund any ticket purchases or allow customers to have credits for the full value of their ticket purchases, for a future convention based on ticket availability and pricing structure.
